{"id":935,"date":"2010-01-30T10:02:28","date_gmt":"2010-01-30T15:02:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/labrequeroutier.com\/?page_id=935"},"modified":"2023-06-17T01:54:59","modified_gmt":"2023-06-17T01:54:59","slug":"animation-dassemblees","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/labrequeroutier.com\/en\/animation-dassemblees\/","title":{"rendered":"Organizing and Facilitating Collective Communications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nous animons <span style=\"color: #800000;\">des <\/span><span style=\"color: #800000;\">assembl\u00e9es, de petite ou de grande taille<\/span>, avec les m\u00e9thodes que nous d\u00e9crivons en d\u00e9tail dans notre livre \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jcl.qc.ca\/fr\/detail_livre.php?isbn=2-89431-324-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Communication Collective<\/a> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En moyenne, nous obtenons de 60 \u00e0 75 interventions de la part de 30 \u00e0 45 intervenants diff\u00e9rents,<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> par 3 heures de temps de parole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Notre objectif majeur<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">est de d\u00e9passer le stade pr\u00e9-collectif [ c.a.d.\u00a0des paroles qui restent\u00a0individuelles dans une assembl\u00e9e ]\u00a0\u00a0pour parvenir \u00e0 une v\u00e9ritable communication de la collectivit\u00e9,\u00a0en la rendant consciente\u00a0de ses dynamiques de r\u00e9ussite ou d&#8217;\u00e9chec.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Nous avons anim\u00e9 plusieurs centaines d\u2019assembl\u00e9es, sur trois continents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0titre d\u2019exemples, nous avons <a href=\"http:\/\/labrequeroutier.com\/?page_id=10\">l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019assembl\u00e9es<\/a> pour des fins de\u00a0 vision \u00e0 long terme, de planification strat\u00e9gique, d\u2019analyse de productivit\u00e9 des ressources, de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes, de conflits, voire de crises graves. Toutes les r\u00e9gions du Qu\u00e9bec et toutes les provinces du Canada ont connu des communications collectives, tandis que quelques-unes ont eu lieu aux U.S.A., en France, en Belgique, en Grande-Bretagne, au P\u00e9rou, en Afrique du Nord et en Afrique Centrale. The word &#8220;Democracy&#8221; like the word &#8220;Communication&#8221; has a high density of unexpressed signification. Nevertheless, in various contexts where Democracy is mentionned, required ou desired, one understands that it&#8217;s all about freedom : freedom of speech, of association, of exchange, of travelling, of imagination and creation. Often, there is another word mentioned as a condition for the achievement of this freedom: it is &#8220;Participation&#8221;. But the problem remains fully, because &#8220;Participation&#8221; is not better defined, except for some individuals or groups asking strongly to be added to the few authorized to participate in institutions or activities.<\/p>\n<p>Collective Communication, as described in the book, not only define clearly all these words, but show with examples the set of conditions allowing everyone to participate in decision making for every aspects concerning their personal life. Alice Labr\u00e8que and Jean Routier show us how a real participative democracy can be put in place by assemblies where is experienced a real collective communication by facilitators using adequate methods for the collective level of communication.<\/p>\n<p>Step by step, they show us how to proceed and they provide many experiences in private and public organizations, some of them one would believe it impossible to implement. They point out the major advantages these collective communication assemblies provided throughout almost forty years, in various countries. The results are often amazing, even spectacular, because of the empathetic listening\u00a0to the experiences and capabilities of every paticipant.
