To raise Japan at the level of Westerners modernism, a group of samurais mobilized the population into an original adaptation pattern. First of all, they restored the Emperor\u2019s supreme authority. Then, they organized a three step flow change: apprenticeship of modernism basics, good average performance and excellence to become the best in the world.
